Individual images show a fragment – not a complete documented baseline.
PROPERTY PASSPORT · FOR OWNERS WHO ARE NOT ON SITE
You are not on site. But you should still know what is happening at your property.
The Property Passport creates a structured, photographically documented baseline for your property – so you do not have to make decisions from isolated pictures, informal updates and assumptions.
- Personally carried out
- Clearly defined scope
- Fixed price before commissioning
- Digitally documented
Illustrative imagery, not a client property.
THE REAL RISK
A property does not need to become noisy before it becomes expensive.
What feels merely unclear today can cost time, money and peace of mind tomorrow. Especially when nobody can document what was actually reviewed, which areas were inaccessible, what has visibly changed and which point now requires a decision.
“Everything looks fine” does not explain what was actually checked.
Without consistent baseline images, it remains unclear what is new and what already existed.
You call, ask again and wait – yet still have to judge from a distance.
THE CRITICAL DIFFERENCE
You do not need reassurance.
You need a reliable basis for decisions.
The Property Passport brings visible findings, organised photographs, open decisions and possible next steps together in one structured report.
More messages do not create control. A documented baseline does.
THE PROPERTY PASSPORT METHOD
Three steps turn distance into a clear basis for decisions.
Define the scope clearly
Buildings, outdoor areas, access and relevant zones are agreed before the appointment.
Record visible conditions consistently
Photographs and findings are assigned to a clear area and documented point in time.
Prepare decisions clearly
Monitor, plan or arrange an appropriate specialist review – without diagnostic claims.
THE DELIVERABLE
You do not receive a collection of pictures.
You receive a documented baseline.
Each relevant area is linked to a location, a point in time and a documented status. This makes later changes easier to recognise, open points easier to prioritise and decisions easier to make.
WITHOUT A PROPERTY PASSPORT
Information remains fragmented.
- Individual photographs without a clear reference
- No clear statement about which areas were reviewed
- No dependable baseline for later comparison
- Repeated questions and waiting
- Decisions based on incomplete information
WITH A PROPERTY PASSPORT
Information becomes actionable.
- Documented condition of agreed areas
- Clear photographic and area structure
- Identification of inaccessible areas
- Prioritised open points
- Traceable basis for later observations

A GOOD FIT IF …
You own the property but are not permanently on site.
- You use your property only part of the year.
- You live primarily outside Greece.
- You need a documented baseline.
- You want to compare visible changes more reliably later.
- You want information in one structure rather than in fragments.
- You value clear responsibility and scope limits.
NOT THE RIGHT SERVICE IF …
You are actually looking for a different type of provider.
- You need a technical survey.
- You require professional acceptance of construction work.
- You want repairs, cleaning, gardening or pool maintenance.
- You require rental or guest management.
- You expect general 24/7 emergency availability.
CLEAR SCOPE LIMITS
Trust is not built through oversized promises.
It is built through clear responsibility.
The Property Passport is a structured, documented visual inspection. PROJECT HELLAS observes, documents, informs, organises open decisions and may recommend an appropriate specialist review.
- No technical or structural surveys
- No inspection of concealed components
- No property valuation
- No professional acceptance of work
- No legal or tax advice
- No guarantee that the property is defect-free
WHAT MAY FOLLOW
First the baseline. Then the right level of care.
The Property Passport can be purchased independently. If ongoing care is genuinely useful afterwards, you receive a clear recommendation based on the documented property condition and your actual needs.
No automatic ongoing contract. No service package you do not need.
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
First a clearly defined scope.
Then a fixed quotation.
The final scope depends on property size and structure, agreed areas, access, documentation effort and travel zone. Before commissioning, you receive a transparent fixed-price quote.
